There appears to be nothing going on in the world of Donovan but there is. It's just that we can't see it yet. Donovan is working on his autobiography which hopefully will be out for the new millennium. We might even get to see Open Road and 7-Tease on CD next year.
As for the pages, I have typed in a lot of the most recent trashy compilations so that you know which discs not to buy. I've revamped the `CD/back catalogue' section so that it is now in the form of a table, and added the newest contributors to the cover tape page. Things aren't going to get done at the same speed anymore because I've graduated and now am working full time. Gone are the days when I could slack the day away at the library. Now I have to do the page in my spare time, and it seems pretty scarce!
I haven't got any tour dates for you, or TV/radio appearances, or press news, but I have noticed that two new Donovan titles have been added to the HMV database. Both must be newly discovered back stocks of two old songbooks. I've ordered both of them and they look like the 70s reprints. I'm gonna order a pile of them and I wanted to know if anybody wanted one or both of them. As you can see, the prices are ridiculously cheap, so with a little bit added on for postage to the U.S. (or wherever), you shouldn't be paying a bit more than $5 for a songbook.
